Install Tips

• Bearing Alignment: Ensure the center bearing is seated flush between the upper and lower plates to prevent vertical slop in the rotor system.

• Main Shaft Lubrication: Apply a tiny amount of dry lubricant to the main shaft before sliding the swashplate on to ensure smooth collective travel.

• Linkage Check: After installation, verify that all three servo linkages and the two upper linkages move freely without binding at maximum pitch angles.
