Install Tips

• Extracting the Defective Spindle Shafts: Remove the main rotor blades; use your tools to back out the slotted lock nuts from the side of the blade grips, then slide the worn horizontal feathering shafts out from the center aluminum rotor head core.

• Seating the Hex Step Flange Shroud: Slide the new steel feathering shaft into the horizontal sleeve of the metal rotor head core; ensure the integrated hexagon step shoulder guides slide fully home into their indexed slots on the head hub for proper centering alignment.

• Assembling Blade Grips and Slotted Retention Nuts: Push your main blade grips over the exposed shaft ends; carefully thread the included specialized slotted lock nuts onto the micro-threaded ends of the shaft pins, applying a tiny drop of medium thread-locker to prevent them from backing out under high-RPM flight vibrations.

• Symmetry Check and Pre-Flight Tensioning: Tighten the lock nuts evenly on both sides until the blade grips rotate smoothly with zero lateral play; spin the entire 4-blade assembly by hand to confirm friction-free mechanics before throttling up into high-load 3D stunt inversions.
