Install Tips

• Motor Seating: Carefully remove the EPP cowl and slide the motor into the gearbox housing; ensure it is fully seated to prevent gear slippage during high-RPM flight.

• Gear Alignment: Check the mesh between the motor pinion and the main propeller gear; it should be tight enough to transfer power but loose enough to spin freely without excessive friction.

• Wiring Safety: Route the motor wires away from any internal control rods or servos to prevent physical obstruction of the flight control surfaces.

• Propeller Check: After installation, verify that the propeller saver is correctly attached to the shaft to protect your new motor from impact damage during landings.
