Install Tips

• Removing Damaged Servo: Unscrew the steering saver arm from the old servo splash gear, remove the chassis mounting screws, and disconnect the wiring plug from the receiver.

• Powering Up to Center Servo: Plug the new servo into the receiver board and power on your transmitter first to let the digital servo automatically calibrate to its neutral center position.

• Installing Steering Saver Arm: Attach the steering saver horn vertically onto the servo output shaft before tightening the center retaining screw to guarantee symmetrical left/right steering throw.

• Securing Mounts & Steering Check: Screw the servo housing firmly into the KF17 chassis mounting posts, reconnect the steering linkages, and test full trim deflection on the transmitter before taking off.
