Install Tips

• Extracting the Blown Tail Motor: Carefully split open the rear scale tail housing shell; disconnect the tiny wire harness plug from the main flight control receiver board, and gently slide the dead cylindrical motor casing out of its molded retention sleeve.

• Routing the Long Power Harness Loom: Feed the micro plug and long black-and-white wire harness through the internal center channel of the tail boom tube, pushing carefully from back to front until the connector reaches the main cabin area.

• Seating the Casing and Reconnecting Power: Press the silver coreless motor straight into its designated structural mounting pod until it sits completely flush; plug the harness connector securely into the correct designated tail motor socket on the main ESC assembly board.

• Pre-Flight Gyro and Rotation Direction Verification: Mount your tail rotor blade back onto the small motor output shaft; power on your transmitter to check command inputs and verify that the tail rotor spins freely without rubbing against the outer scale tail guard before clearing your Apache for high-speed flight missions.
