Install Tips

• Blade Orientation: Ensure the leading edge of each blade (the thicker side) is facing the direction of rotation as indicated in your F112S manual.

• Tension Adjustment: Tighten the blade grip screws until the blades stay in place when the helicopter is tilted on its side, but can still move freely if pushed by hand.

• Tracking Check: After installation, perform a low-altitude hover to check blade tracking; both blades should rotate in the same horizontal plane.

• Symmetry Requirement: Always replace both blades as a set (even if only one is damaged) to maintain the factory-calibrated balance of your rotor head.
