Main Blade Grip Set with Bearings for YuXiang F112S AH-1 Cobra RC Helicopter
Eliminate Pitch Slop and Ensure Flawless Blade Tracking
Worn rotor grips, degraded bearings, or loose control arms create dangerous mechanical play, causing violent blade tracking issues, severe vibrations, and unstable collective pitch control. For the YuXiang F112S 32:1 scale AH-1 Cobra, the main blade grips must spin flawlessly under intense centrifugal forces to maintain precise 9CH GPS stabilization. This premium, pre-assembled main blade grip set solves the problem of erratic flight behavior caused by worn head components, completely restoring your helicopter's razor-sharp pitching and hovering authority. Ships worldwide.
Product Highlights
All-Inclusive Assembly Kit: Features a comprehensive set containing 2 blade grips, 4 F1 bearings, 2 brass blade grip sleeves, 2 upper linkage arms, 2 control arm sleeves, 2 arm washers, and 2 phillips round head screws.
High-Grade CNC Aluminum Structure: The main blade holders are CNC-machined to ensure flawless dimensional accuracy, superior durability, and an authentic metallic scale finish.
Ultra-Smooth F1 Bearing Set: Equipped with four premium F1 bearings and specialized brass sleeves to ensure frictionless rotation and pitch changes under high load.
Zero-Play Control Arms: Includes pre-matched upper linkage arms with dedicated sleeves and washers to eliminate mechanical slop between the swashplate and the rotor blades.
Feathering Shaft Integration: Slide the assembled blade grips onto the main feathering shaft. Ensure the internal F1 bearings and brass grip sleeves are perfectly centered before tightening the horizontal spindle screws.
Upper Linkage Arm & Hardware: When securing the plastic linkage control arms to the metal grips, place the arm washers and control arm sleeves in position, then tighten with the included phillips round head screws. Do not over-torque to avoid binding the arm pivot.
Pre-Flight Binding Check: Once fully assembled, rotate the blade grips and move the control arms by hand; the pitch-change mechanism must feel buttery smooth with absolutely zero sticking or grit.
Thread Protection: Apply a tiny drop of medium threadlocker (blue Loctite) to any metal-to-metal screws to prevent them from backing out due to high-frequency rotor head vibrations.
