Install Tips

• Transferring the Main Motor & Drive Elements: Unfasten the lower drivetrain components from your cracked fuselage; mount your brushless motor squarely into the circular indexing seat on the lower frame base, ensuring the pinion gear meshes smoothly with the main gear before tightening the base hardware.

• Installing the Ventilated Top Electronics Cage: Place the upper battery cage compartment over the lower chassis plate; align the integrated vertical molded column pins with the corresponding frame sockets, and drive the included factory screws into the fastening tabs to lock the skeleton together.

• Routing Servo Wires & Mounting Flight Controls: Guide your cyclic servo wires through the molded lateral pass-through slots in the frame, keeping them clear of the spinning main shaft area; secure the smart positioning main board onto its dedicated anti-vibration rubber mounts located on the structural deck.

• Final Structural Tracking and Play Inspections: Before snapping the detailed scale scale green outer skin back on, manually turn the rotor head to verify that the main shaft rotates 100% free from friction or binding against the plastic pillars; apply power to check that the entire chassis stays rock-steady under low-RPM bench testing.
