Install Tips

• Brass Ball and Horn Assembly: Thread the brass linkage ball straight into the designated outer hole of the black plastic servo arm; pass the small silver ball screw through from the back and tighten it firmly to avoid slop.

• Electronic Center Neutral Aligning: Plug the new servo into the receiver board before mounting it; power on your C180 transmitter to let the digital motor return to its perfect electronic center, then slide the assembled black horn arm onto the metal output gear spline at a precise 90-degree angle.

• Chassis Slot Mounting: Fit the servo body into the designated chassis bay on the internal framework; use your factory holding brackets to clamp the unit immobile, ensuring the wire lead clears rotating main gears and sliding linkages.

• Swashplate Tracking Check: Snap your mechanical cyclic linkage rods back onto the newly installed brass linkage ball; run a full swashplate travel test on your workbench to ensure smooth movement across all cyclic pitch limits before taking off into aggressive 3D maneuvers.
