Transferring the Main Motor & Drive Elements: Unfasten the lower drivetrain components from your cracked fuselage; mount your brushless motor squarely into the circular indexing seat on the lower frame base, ensuring the pinion gear meshes smoothly with the main gear before tightening the base hardware.
Installing the Ventilated Top Electronics Cage: Place the upper battery cage compartment over the lower chassis plate; align the integrated vertical molded column pins with the corresponding frame sockets, and drive the included factory screws into the fastening tabs to lock the skeleton together.
Routing Servo Wires & Mounting Flight Controls: Guide your cyclic servo wires through the molded lateral pass-through slots in the frame, keeping them clear of the spinning main shaft area; secure the smart positioning main board onto its dedicated anti-vibration rubber mounts located on the structural deck.
Final Structural Tracking and Play Inspections: Before snapping the detailed scale scale green outer skin back on, manually turn the rotor head to verify that the main shaft rotates 100% free from friction or binding against the plastic pillars; apply power to check that the entire chassis stays rock-steady under low-RPM bench testing.
