Install Tips

• Securing the Battery in the KF16 Chassis: Open the battery compartment cover of your 1/12 monster truck; slide the 2S battery into the tray with the power leads facing forward. Secure the battery strap tightly to prevent the pack from shifting or sliding out during high-G flips and jumps.

• Connecting the Power Harness: Align the polarities of the yellow XT60 battery plug with the ESC plug on the truck; push them firmly together until they are completely flush. Tuck the excess 14AWG silicone wire inside the chassis to prevent it from rubbing against the rotating driveshafts or steering linkages.

• Charging and Storage Best Practices: Always use a dedicated LiPo balance charger via the white 3-Pin connector to charge this 2S battery pack; never leave a charging battery unattended. For long-term storage (more than 1 week), discharge or charge the battery to a storage voltage of approximately 3.8V-3.85V per cell (7.6V-7.7V total) and store it in a cool, dry, fire-resistant LiPo safe bag.
