Install Tips

• Removing Damaged Swashplate Assembly: Pop off all upper pitch linkage arms and lower servo pushrods, slide off the main rotor head, and lift the old swashplate off the main shaft.

• Assembling Center Ball Hub & Plates: Install the center pivot ball and retaining cap into the YuXiang F112S Swashplate Set, ensuring the inner bearing rotates smoothly without binding.

• Mounting to Main Shaft & Securing Linkages: Slide the assembled swashplate down over the main shaft, align the lower anti-rotation pin into the guide bracket, and attach the linkage pushrods onto the ball studs.
