Old Hub Extraction: Unbolt the 2 original fastening screws at the base of the damaged rotor head; slide the old assembly straight up and off the main rotor mast shaft, taking care not to misplace the underlying linkage pushrods.
Metal Hub Core Seating: Slide the new CNC 4-way metal rotor head hub squarely down onto your C180's main drive mast shaft; ensure the bottom anchoring collar aligns perfectly with the pre-drilled safety pin recesses on the steel mast.
Locking Screws & Threadlock Application: Insert the 2 included high-tensile silver machine screws into the retention base holes; apply a microscopic drop of removable medium threadlock compound onto the screw threads before torquing them down evenly with a micro hex driver.
