Install Tips

• Removing Damaged Skids: Gently back out the mounting retaining screws from the bottom of the main frame and detach the cracked original landing skid.

• Aligning & Securing Posts: Place the K300 Landing Gear assembly onto the underside of the chassis, line up the mounting holes, and tighten the retaining screws evenly without over-torquing.

• Battery Strap & Wire Route Inspection: Ensure the battery retention harness and lower motor cables rest cleanly above the landing skid struts without pinching.

• Level Surface Test: Set the helicopter down on a flat, level floor to verify that all skid pads sit flush, ensuring rock-solid stability during spool-up and takeoffs.
