A cracked, stripped, or distorted propeller base mount on your VolantexRC T28 Trojan 761-9 RC Trainer Plane prevents the prop saver mechanism from detaching cleanly during rough landings. Impact stress and ground strikes frequently wear down the internal shaft locking tabs or fracture the plastic mounting posts, leading to severe blade wobble, loss of thrust, or unexpected in-flight propeller throw-offs. Using worn or loose propeller bases can bend the motor reduction drive shaft and overheat the coreless motor. This official T28 Trojan Black Propeller Base adapter provides a perfect factory replacement. Engineered for high rotational balance and precise shaft engagement, it restores reliable prop saver pop-off protection, whisper-quiet motor operation, and full flight efficiency. Ships worldwide.
Product Highlights
Factory-Engineered Shaft Fitment: Precision-molded center bore locks firmly onto the motor gear reduction shaft to prevent slipping under full throttle.
Durable Impact-Resistant Polymer: Constructed from tough, flexible ABS composite that absorbs landing shocks without cracking or deforming.
Optimized Prop Saver Pin Geometry: Features exact dual-pin alignment posts that snap cleanly into standard 2-blade and 3-blade Volantex propellers.
Precision Dynamic Balance: Eliminates high-frequency motor vibrations to protect internal gear mesh and maintain smooth Xpilot gyro auto-stabilization.
Compatibility
For the T28 Trojan 4CH RC Trainer Plane only. Full model page (specs & photos):
Essential for Older Models (White Adapter Version): If your plane is an older model that originally came with a white adapter base, please note that older white adapters are discontinued. You MUST install this new black adapter base to use any newly purchased replacement propellers.
Standard Replacement for New Models: If your plane already uses the black adapter base, this is a direct 1:1 original replacement part.

1 x T28 Trojan Prop Saver Base
Install Tips
Removing Damaged Base: Pull the old cracked propeller base straight off the gear reduction drive shaft, removing any broken plastic debris or leftover mounting pins.
Press-Fitting New Adapter: Align the central mounting hole of the T28 Trojan Black Propeller Base with the shaft flattened edge, and press it firmly backward until fully seated flush.
Snapping Propeller Blade: Align the propeller blade root hub onto the dual retention pins of the black base until it snaps into place with a secure, audible click.
Pre-Flight Spin Verification: Spin the assembly by hand to confirm true, wobble-free rotation before connecting battery power for flight testing.
