Install Tips

• Removing the Damaged Rotor Blades: Use a precision hex driver to unfasten the retaining lock screws from each blade grip on the four-way main rotor head; carefully slide out the old worn or scratched black composite blades.

• Seating the New 4-Piece Blade Group: Take a new blade from the picture set and insert the mounting root smoothly into the blade grip clevis slot, ensuring the clean matte finish with the white vertical lines faces upward.

• Adjusting Blade Bolt Tension correctly: Re-thread the factory hex screw back through the blade grip and rotor root hole; tighten the nut until snug but still loose enough to allow the blade to swing freely forward and backward under firm finger pressure (over-tightening causes severe startup vibration).

• Pre-Flight Tracking and Alignment Diagnostics: Straighten all four blades manually until they line up perfectly 90 degrees apart; spin the rotor head by hand to confirm they sit parallel in the horizontal tracking plane, then power up your YuXiang F09-S on a flat surface to let the centrifugal force seat them perfectly before testing your FPV GPS hover.
