Install Tips

• Clearing Broken Pin Stubs: Inspect the lateral mounting sockets on the lower belly of your MD530 fuselage; if the previous weapon broke off, use a fine pair of pliers or a micro drill to extract any snapped plastic pegs trapped inside the hull ports.

• Identifying Left and Right Assemblies: Arrange the weapon pods on your workspace as shown; verify the aerodynamic taper of the wing panel points backward and the cylindrical rocket pod openings face directly forward.

• Inserting the Stub Wing Pegs: Line up the twin inner alignment pins of the wing root with the dual pre-formed slot holes on the helicopter frame side; press inward firmly and evenly until the base of the wing sits completely flush against the curved contours of the fuselage skin.
