• Extracting Worn Core Bearings: Pop off your upper blade grip linkage rods and slide out the vertical steel main shaft axle; use a micro non-marring tool to gently press the old worn bearing rings out of their top and bottom circular seating sockets on the center fuselage frame.

• Press-Seating the New Metal Rings: Clean the inner walls of the plastic chassis collar loops; press the new chrome steel bearings flat and straight into the upper and lower frames until completely flush, making sure to apply pressure only to the outer metal race to avoid crushing the internal ball tracks.

• Main Shaft Re-insertion and Spacer Locking: Guide the polished silver main shaft downward straight through the center bore holes of both new bearings; slide on the black locking collar and secure the hardware retention screws without creating any tight vertical binding compression.

• Drivetrain Binding Test and Sensor Initialization: Reattach the white main gear wheel at the bottom base; spin the entire rotor assembly by hand to verify it glides effortlessly with zero resistance.
