Wltoys A310 Horizontal Tail Set - Beech D17S Stabilizer & Elevator
Restore Pitch Control and Level Flight
The horizontal tail is the most common part to snap during transport or a "tail-heavy" landing. Without a perfectly flat and rigid stabilizer, your Beech D17S will suffer from constant "porpoising" or unresponsive elevator control. This Wltoys A310 Horizontal Tail set solves the problem of a floppy or broken rear stabilizer. This semi-finished part comes pre-glued with a reinforced base, making it a simple drop-in fix to get your pitch control back to professional standards. Ships worldwide.
Product Highlights
Reinforced Structural Base: Includes a pre-installed ABS Chimei 749 reinforcement seat that prevents the tail from flexing under the high-speed prop wash of the brushless motor.
Semi-Finished Ease: The tail sections are pre-glued and ready for installation, saving you the hassle of measuring and bonding the EPP parts yourself.
Complete Linkage Ready: Comes with a high-durability PP control horn and retaining clip already positioned for the elevator linkage wire.
Lightweight Aerodynamics: Made from 30x density EPP to keep the tail light, helping you maintain the perfect center of gravity (CG) for stable flight.
Leveling: When sliding the tail into the fuselage slot, verify it is perfectly horizontal relative to the wings before the glue sets or the screws are tightened.
Horn Clearance: Ensure the PP control horn moves freely through its full range of motion without rubbing against the fuselage foam.
Glue Selection: If you need to reinforce the bond to the fuselage, use only foam-safe CA or UHU Por to avoid "melting" the EPP material.
