Install Tips
Power-On Neutral Centering: Connect the new servo lead into the receiver board, switch on the transmitter with all trims centered, and power up the board to verify neutral arm position before securing.
Seating Servo into Wing Bay: Apply a small drop of foam-safe adhesive or double-sided tape to the side of the casing, then press the Volantex Zero Aileron Servo firmly into the molded wing bay.
Connecting Control Pushrods: Hook the dual aileron pushrod linkages into the servo arm horn, ensuring the control horns move freely without binding against the foam wing surface.
Pre-Flight Direction Check: Move the transmitter roll stick left and right to confirm that the left and right ailerons move in opposing directions correctly before launch.
