RC ERA C184 Battery 7.4V 350mAh Modular Pack for 1/48 Scale MD530 Helicopter
Say Goodbye to Short Air Time, Messy Cable Plugs, and Overcharging Risks with Modular Power
Operating scale micro-helicopters like the RC ERA C184 MD530 with advanced optical flow positioning requires steady, reliable current to maintain automatic hovering precision and motor output. Single-battery setups leave you grounded right when your flight practice gets fun, while traditional bare-wire LiPo cells require delicate plug alignment, tedious wiring placement, and constant monitoring against dangerous over-discharging. Aged or worn batteries suffer from rapid voltage drops, causing altitude fluctuations, erratic optical flow sensor behavior, and sudden low-battery landings. This official 7.4V 350mAh modular replacement battery eliminates these hassles completely. Designed with a clip-in smart hardcase and direct Type-C charging, it restores full flight performance, ensures steady power delivery to onboard stabilization sensors, and lets you swap packs in seconds for back-to-back flying sessions. Ships worldwide.
Product Highlights
Built-in Circuit Protection: Features integrated intelligent protection against overcharging, over-discharging, and short circuits as highlighted, significantly extending the lifespan of the lithium cells.
Direct Type-C Fast Charging: Equipped with a built-in Type-C charging port directly on the side of the battery casing, eliminating the need to carry extra cumbersome balance chargers to the field.
Top Power Button & LED Indicators: Comes with a top-mounted push-button power switch and LED battery status indicators for convenient battery level checks before takeoff.
Tool-Free Modular Installation: Hardened snap-fit plastic enclosure fits seamlessly into the C184 fuselage contour without loose wires or exposed connectors hanging around moving parts.
Compatibility
For the RC ERA C184 MD530 only. Full model page (specs & photos):
Inserting into the C184 Compartment: Align the guide rails of the black modular battery with the rear battery slot on your RC ERA C184 MD530 fuselage; slide it forward until the top latch clicks firmly into place.
Powering On and Gyro Initialization: Press and hold the top power button on the battery module to turn on the helicopter's onboard electronics; place the helicopter on a flat, level surface to allow the optical flow positioning and gyro systems to complete self-calibration before spinning up the rotors.
Easy Removal: To swap out a depleted pack, press down on the top release clip on the battery housing and gently pull the module backward out of the frame.
Type-C Charging & Storage Rules: Plug any standard Type-C USB cable directly into the battery's side port to charge; disconnect once the LED lights indicate full charge. If storing spare batteries for more than a week, keep them at approximately 50% charge (2 out of 4 indicator bars) in a cool, dry place to maintain optimum chemical stability.
