YuXiang F112S Rotor Head Set & Dampers for AH-1 Cobra Scale RC Helicopter
Eliminate Rotor Head Wobble, Smooth Out In-Flight Vibrations, and Repair Blade Crash Damage
A hard landing or tip-over crash on your YuXiang F112S AH-1 Cobra RC Helicopter can easily bend or fracture the main rotor head, or tear the inner feathering shaft rubber dampers. A compromised rotor head hub introduces violent head-shake vibrations, ruins cyclic responsiveness, and severely degrades the performance of the optical flow and GPS flight stabilization system. Flying with worn or deformed rubber dampers also causes tracking issues and unwanted pitch oscillations. Finding matched high-precision head hubs with correct dampening hardness can be challenging. This official YuXiang F112S Rotor Head Set completely resolves rotor assembly slop and vibration. Precision-crafted to original factory tolerances, this set includes a rigid alloy rotor head hub and dual elastomer dampers to ensure ultra-smooth rotor blade tracking and factory-level flight stability. Ships worldwide.
Product Highlights
Durable Alloy Main Rotor Hub: Engineered to handle high rotational torque and blade centrifugal forces without flexing or warping.
High-Flexibility Rubber Dampening Rings: Includes 2x specialized feathering shaft rubber dampers designed to absorb rotor disk vibrations and smooth out pitch transitions.
Exact Factory Geometry: CNC-machined specifications guarantee proper spindle shaft alignment and linkage geometry for the 32:1 scale AH-1 Cobra head system.
Essential Maintenance & Repair Kit: Contains 1x Rotor Head Hub and 2x Feathering Shaft Rubber Dampers for a complete rotor hub overhaul.
Disassembling Main Rotor Assembly: Remove the main rotor blades, disconnect the swashplate pitch links, and loosen the main shaft retaining bolt to slide off the old rotor head.
Seating Feathering Shaft & Dampers: Insert the two rubber dampers into the center sockets of the new YuXiang F112S Rotor Head Set hub before sliding the feathering (spindle) shaft through.
Securing Rotor Head to Main Shaft: Slide the assembled head hub onto the top of the main shaft, align the cross-pin screw holes, and tighten the lock screw securely using threadlock.
Pre-Flight Tracking Check: Reattach the blade grips and pitch linkages, then perform a low-RPM spool-up on a flat surface to verify smooth rotation without head wobbles or vibration.
