Let electronics cool between flights; use only recommended batteries.
ZY J20 2-Channel RC Jet – FAQ
1. What is the ZY J20 and who is it for?
The ZY J20 is a light, 2-channel RC jet. It steers by changing power on the two motors. It’s good for beginners and kids (with adult help) and best to fly in calm weather.
2. Why won’t my ZY J20 climb?
Most cases are not a defect. It happens when the jet is flown in wind, thrown too high, or flown with low throttle. This model needs steady speed and a level throw to build height.
3. How can I make the first flight easier?
Fly in an open area, choose light wind, throw it straight and level, then keep the throttle up and make wide turns. Small stick moves work better than big ones.
4. It keeps turning or dropping in turns – what should I do?
Use short stick taps, not long holds. Keep some speed (around 60–80% throttle) when turning. 2-channel jets like big, gentle circles.
5. What weather is best?
Calm or very light wind. Because the plane is light, strong or gusty wind will make it hard to climb.
6. How long does the battery last?
About 8–12 minutes per charge, depending on wind and how much throttle is used.
7. Can I fly it indoors?
We recommend outdoor flying only. You need space to throw, climb and turn.
8. Is it OK for kids?
Yes, with adult supervision. Let an adult do the first few launches, then kids can practice steering.
9. What’s the difference between 2-channel and 3/4-channel planes?
2-channel (like this J20) is simpler and turns by power difference. 3/4-channel planes can do more actions but need more flying practice.
10. Do you have an easy way to land?
Fly back into the wind, slowly lower the throttle, and let it glide in straight.
11. How do I get help if it still won’t fly?
You can send us a 20–30 second video of your launch and first flight. We can tell you what to adjust very quickly.
12. What if I prefer a return or refund?
Unused / unopened items can be returned according to our return policy. Please contact support with your order number for the return steps and address.
