• Extracting Bent Tail Linkages: Carefully slide off the damaged or rusty pushrod lines from the rear control surface horns and pop the opposing clevis buckles off from your internal servo steering arms.

• Snapping the Clear Clevis Sockets: Align the pre-molded translucent end loop of the new rod straight over your servo output arm hole; push firmly downward until it locks onto the ball pin with a secure friction-lock fit.

• Connecting to the Rear Control Horn Block: Run the rod parallel along the KF603 fuselage guide grooves; slide the rear pinhole socket onto the corresponding rung of your aileron surface horn, using micro pliers to ensure it sits completely straight.

• Pre-Takeoff Surface Leveling Tuning: Power up your 2.4G radio system to let all internal servos center to neutral; verify that the rear ailerons sit perfectly level and flush with the trailing edge of the main wing profile. Give the linkages a gentle manual tug to confirm zero rotational play before launching into your next amphibious flight adventure.
