Install Tips
Thread Locker Required: Since this is a metal-on-metal connection, apply a tiny drop of blue thread locker to the mounting screw to prevent it from vibrating loose.
Manual Tightening: Hand-tighten the cap until snug; do not use power tools, as you want to avoid over-compressing the feathering shaft assembly underneath.
Centering: Ensure the cap is perfectly centered on the rotor hub before final tightening to prevent high-speed centrifugal imbalance.
