Install Tips

• Removing Damaged Front Hubs: Remove the front wheels, unbolt the steering knuckles and tie rods, then pull the inner hinge pins to release the damaged C-hubs from the suspension arms.

• Mounting Replacement C-Hubs: Position the new KF17 Front C-Hub Carrier (M06035) into the front suspension arm slot, align the hinge pin holes, and slide the hinge pin through smoothly.

• Reattaching Steering Knuckles & Linkages: Seat the steering steering block inside the C-hub, install the kingpin screws evenly (do not overtighten), and reconnect the steering pushrods.

• Pre-Flight Steering Alignment Inspection: Turn on the transmitter and vehicle, turn the front wheels left and right to full lock, and verify smooth, bind-free movement across the entire suspension stroke.
